Enterprise Sciences has developed new technology to protect advanced microelectronic devices from tampering by the use of integrated self-destruct capability that can quickly shatter a semiconductor die into a multitude of dust particles. In the case of device loss or access by an adversary, this technology prevents the compromise of information that may have been contained in the semiconductor device.

This is another example of a comprehensive start-to-finish project where Enterprise Science invented the core technology and has performed development all the way to the fabrication of fully functional prototypes. The project encompassed conceptualization, analytical and numeric analysis, multi-physics modeling, laboratory research to validate the technology, breadboard hardware development, electrical and mechanical engineering design, and full prototype fabrication at our own facility.
