The majority owner and co-founder, Marta P. Mostovych, handles all business functions of the enterprise. She brings with her 22 years of prior marketing, business development, and product commercialization experience at small and large U.S. corporations, including 19 years with General Electric Company, as well as experience at the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Ms. Mostovych holds a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from University of Pennsylvania (1973), an M.A. from Harvard University (1977), and an M.B.A. from George Washington University (1984).
Co-founder Dr. Andrew N. Mostovych has over 25 years’ experience in developing advanced technologies based on the physical sciences and leading major R&D programs involving basic, applied, and interdisciplinary research. He has a proven track record of developing successful prototypes to serve as demonstrators of various technologies and evaluators of potential new products, particularly in the areas of optics, laser applications, plasma applications, metrology instrumentation, biotechnology, and biomedical diagnostics. He is an internationally recognized expert in the physics of dense and high-pressure plasmas and in laser-matter interactions. Dr. Mostovych holds a Ph.D. (1984) and M.S. (1980) in physics from the University of Maryland.
